What do I need to run The One?
A Windows computer (macOS is coming), a Claude subscription for Claude Code and access to the ad accounts you manage. A step-by-step guide walks you through connecting every channel.
Can The One change my campaigns on its own?
No. Every change is shown as a preview first and is applied only after you approve that exact preview. New campaigns and ads are created paused, and nothing is deleted — paused instead.
Where is my clients' data stored?
On your computer. API keys and tokens live in your home folder and data is read straight from the platforms’ APIs. The One has no servers of its own: data travels only between your computer, the ad platforms and Claude (Anthropic), which answers your questions.
Which channels are supported?
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Amazon Ads, plus GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Merchant Center, Canva, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Do the rules use AI tokens?
No. The 346 rules run on plain logic, your settings and channel best practices. They propose changes to Approvals; AI is used only when you ask The One something.
Can I use The One on my phone?
Yes. The Panel works as an app on your phone through a private, encrypted connection. Only devices you pair with a one-time QR code get in.
Can I use my agency's branding?
Yes. Reports and PDFs use your brand — logo, colors, fonts and cover — and you can keep several brands.
